Booking procedure

Booking procedure:

To complete reservation, we kindly request the following information:

• Full names, nationalities, and passport numbers of all participants.
• Date of birth and passport copies for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Pick-up/drop-off point (if unknown, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the trip).
• Any special food requirements, such as allergies or health issues.

To secure your booking, we require deposit. Please note the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Please be aware that we utilize PayPal as our credit card payment gateway. Registration is not necessary, and you can proceed as a guest. A 5% fee applies to credit card payments. You may choose to pay in USD or EURO. For further details, please refer to the attached “Terms and Conditions” document.

Bank transfer: Alternatively, you may choose to make a bank transfer (USD or Euro). Please bear in mind that all transfer fees must be covered by the sender, as we must receive the full amount in our account. Our bank does not charge us for incoming transfers.

The remaining balance is payable by credit card or bank transfer. This payment should be visible in our account at least 3 days prior to the safari. Alternatively, you may pay in cash in USD on the day of the safari.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS IN ANY CURRENCY OTHER THAN USD, AND THE NOTES MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN FROM THE YEAR 2009. WE ALSO DO NOT PERMIT CHANGES TO THE PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SAFARI.

ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CHANGES TO THE PAYMENT TERMS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

• For a 1-day safari to Selous/Mikumi, a deposit of $200 per person is required.
• For 2-3-4-day safaris to the northern parks, deposit is 30% of the tour price, but not less than $350 per person.
• Other cases: a minimum 30% prepayment applies unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received all the necessary information, we will prepare the final itinerary/contract with all the relevant details. We will then send it to you for your acceptance, following which you can proceed with the payment.
