Selous Game Reserve is a vast, 48,000-sq-km wilderness area lying at the heart of southern Tanzania. It is Africa’s largest wildlife reserve. It’s a majestic place in which to see Wildlife. Animals and Landscapes are what we come on Safari to see – and this Reserve certainly doesn’t disappoint. With us you can take full advantage of the Selous offering one of the most diverse range of activites available in any natural wildlife park in the world. Experiment with the different perspectives available to you by either driving, boating, walking. The choice is yours and we can’t wait to show it all to you.

Morning about 4. 30am pick up from your hotel and transfer to the Airport for the flight to Selous. Depart at 6.30. After landing, change to safari cars, enter Selous and start the game drive. Short coffee break around 10.00 am. Around 12.30 pm lunch in the bush. Game drive up to 3:30 PM-4:00 PM. Safari ends and 4:30 pm and then transfer to the Camp.
Overnight: Mapumziko Lodge (safari tent fully equipped), full board.
Early morning after coffee /tea, about 6.15 am departure for a boat safari on the Rufiji River. The boat Safari takes 2,5 hr and then back to the camp for breakfast and relaxation. About 2 pm late lunch and then transfer to the Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar-departure 4.30 pm.
